What do I think of it?
I was so excited to try it, so as soon as I got it I immediately used it. I did not have any other makeup on just bare face and I just want to see how this thing really work and if it does work.

As you can see it does really work. In fact, it makes a perfect eyeliner flick/cat’s eyes/ wings tip look… on the first eye. Yes, the first eye you stamp it on. The problem would be copying the same flick/ slant/ width on the second eye.
It takes a lot of practice to get your flick on both eyes symmetrical is what I am saying. But product wise this product does work. It is smudge-proof indeed as long as it’s dried when you wink. It doesn’t smear and doesn’t move around. It is waterproof so I needed to use a makeup remover to get it off my eyes.
